Request to make Neutral Feedback username Danoog

The buyer/person buying service for Destiny 2 recoveries from me and his account got banned because of my service
The latest service he buy is Raid , Weapon leveling and Iron Banner service
He suspect me he get banned because of the Iron Banner service (PVP), as i never use any HACK or illegal program for the game
I only use my VPN to match his country and work on his account
I refund all his money that he buy this year
I also state that in my policy no refund after 1 week, but i still refund anyway for this year

What the ****? EpicNPC is this really how you deal with things? My account was banned as a result of his service, and you think this should be considered neutral feedback?

This was not false negative feedback, and I was 100% banned as a result of his service because of Account Recovery from Destiny 2. The fact that he even gave refund without much pushback goes to show that he agreed back then that the ban was a result of his service. And if you look at my discord, I told him this information 6 Days after his boost, so that would still align with his whole refund policy. 3/18 he completed order. 3/24 I got the ban notification. 6 days

If EpicNPC CM forces me to change the feedback from negative to neutral I will, but this is pretty bullshit. A banned account as a result of a boost is neutral? Really EpicNPC?

The Destiny 2 official team made an update here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/51193 on March 24 that they made a wave of bans for Account Recoveries. I was banned exactly on that date as a result of that wave of bans, and Account Recoveries is exactly what this seller is offering. It should be pretty obvious then that his service lead to my ban. There is no reason for me to lie, all of the evidence is here. Again. If a banned account as a result of his service, which he even admits to in the opening post, equates to a neutral review, and I am forced to change to a neutral review, I will.

Also curious. what's the deal with the statement We do not investigate Discord disputes at the top? Genuine question. I had an issue with a separate seller in the past and thought I wouldn't be able to open a dispute because all of our conversations and transactions was through discord. Is this not the case?

Or here, if we change the feedback to neutral can I keep the same title etc? This guy is trying to hack my paypal and everything now lol. Getting notifications that someone's trying to get it. Wonder who it could be

Here, I can do this. Either:

1) Keep feedback as negative. Change title of feedback to Refunded, but keep all posts & feedback description
or
2) Move feedback to neutral. Title, description, and all posts remain the same

Decision is up to seller.

then the result of the refund is still aply, i already refund and it will be resolved with the new post u did recently on my thread

you forgot that the risk of USING RECOVERY is BANNED , i put the term of service long ago "buy at your own risk"

Paypal hack? are you trying to false accuse me right now, I NEVER DO HACK STUFF , ESPECIALLY DOING THIEF THING THAT STEALING MONEY ON ONLINE

Maybe not you, but someone tried to login to my paypal last night and timing seems to perfect. Not going to push it.
Again my agreement is:

1) Keep feedback as negative. Change title of feedback to Refunded, but keep all posts & feedback description
or
2) Move feedback to neutral. Title, description, and all posts remain the same

Decision is up to seller.

So if Reodan prefers neutral feedback then sure, as long as title, description, and all posts remain the same. Only the feedback will be changed from negative to neutral. No other changes

Ok then up to EpicNPC to change feedback then. I don't think I can do it myself.

Appreciated your service. Unfortunate that I got banned with the recent ban wave as a result of the service. Is what it is, but as you said, I have the right to warn other buyers given the experience.

Good luck to you. Hope this ends this whole ordeal.

@EpicNPC CM We agreed to move to neutral IF THE TITLE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE FEEDBACK REMAINED THE SAME. You changed the title and description to resolved. This is not what we agreed to. Please change it back, otherwise I do not agree with this change at all

@EpicNPC CM Can you just remove the neutral feedback you put and allow me to add re-add a new feedback as neutral? You did not follow the agreement I made with the seller. The decision was to move the feedback to neutral and keep everything as is. Nobody told you to change the title and description

@EpicNPC CM & @Reodan We agreed to leave the title and description of this review to what it was originally and only change review from negative to neutral, but EpicNPC CM changed the title and description to Resolved. We did not agree to that.

Please remove this review and allow me to re-add the feedback as a neutral review. Otherwise please revert the review back to a negative feedback. We did not agree to these terms. Either remove this feedback and allow me to re-add the details in a neutral feedback or change this feedback to negative
