Refund problem

I've cancelled a transaction and the system told me, it will refund the fee in 24 h / 5-7 bussiness days. So i've been waiting for more than 7 days right now and still didnt receive the refunds. Please help thankyou

I can confirm it was refunded on Dec 11th, however I'm unable to see if you received it or not. We'll reach out to our payment processor for an update.

They replied stating they re-issued the refund. You should have received an email about it. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Hi, I know its not 24hours yet. But I just want to give an info that for my bank account, you need to send payssion again (like Transact. #69313) to my email like before for the refund on transaction 72015 and transaction 72067. Because it cant automatically refunded due to local bank rules. Thankyou and have a nice day

I don't understand. When we issue a refund for the payment option Payssion an email with instructions is sent to you. Once you completed those steps, the refund should process.

When we contact our payment processor, they simply resend that refund email. However if you got the original emails, you can complete the process without having to do that. Did you receive the 2 refund emails?

Not yet. I didnt receive the 2 refund emails yet for transact 72015 and 72067.
