Refund not received

It's been more than 48 hours and I still haven't received a refund, what can I do?

Refunds are issued within 24h. The time it takes for it to actually show up in your bank balance depends on your bank and can take up to 5 days.

I contacted my bank and they said that the refund has not yet been issued by the website, could you update me on this? more than 8 days have passed

The refund was issued Oct 10 and settled on Oct 11th. Normally refunds take 1-3 days.

Unfortunately we do not have at ability to see when you receive it. It will appear on your credit card balance, not bank account. You will have to contact the credit card issuer, Mastercard in your case for an update. Use the phone number on the back of your credit card.

i contacted my credit card issuer and they said i should open a dispute to cancel the purchase, but for that i would need a print indicating the amount to be refunded, the date of cancellation, purchase status and something that identifies the place of purchase

I sent you a screenshot of the original payment and the refund that was issued. Hopefully that will help you when contacting your CC.
