Refund are usually redeemed within 24-48 hours. If you still did not recieve anything, reply here. I will notify a higher staff to look into it.

Refunds are issued within 24h, but it takes more time for your bank to actually process the refund and show it in your balance. It could take 1-5 days depending on your bank.

I can confirm the payment was indeed voided. Normally voided payments take 3-7 days to appear back on your account, however depending on the credit card they can take longer.

I'm sorry, we do not have any additional information about when you will received it. If you do not receive it within the 7 day time frame, please contact your credit card company for an update. Sorry we couldn't be of more help.
