## 3 April 2018
1. Seller sold me game account for 800USD.
2. Seller made a steam account for me to play the game in.
3. We both agreed to use the steam account to test integrity of the game account.
4. I agreed with seller that the steam account was the only place I would play the game in, during testing.
5. We agreed, that if there was any issue with the account within the first
2 weeks, the seller would provide a 75% refund.


## 4 April 2018
1. I informed the seller that the account had odd behaviour.
2. Account appeared to already have been logged in, and I was unable to play.
3. Seller assured me that the account was a clean account,
and that he had wiped all account data from his devices.
4. Seller assured me that he had not logged into the account,
and prior to the sale, only played on his iPhone and iPad.
5. Seller did a double check to ensure integrity of data, by verifying
and wiping all of his personal devices. He sent video as evidence.
6. Seller assures me that I am the only one who has access to the account.


## 5 April 2018
1. I was able to play the game normally.


## 6 April 2018
1. I attempt to login to the account, but receive a notification that the account had been banned.
2. Error code 12.
3. I contacted the seller regarding the issue. Seller agreed to refund me 75% of the sale price.
4. Seller said he would refund it on Friday (6 April 2018).
5. I tried contacting the seller afterwards during the day, but he has been unresponsive.


## 7 April 2018
1. I tried contacting the seller today. Still unresponsive.
2. The seller seems to have blocked me from communications,
as he does not pick up any phone calls/messages.

3. It appears that the seller wants to avoid giving the refund.

- The seller sent me some vulgarities, accusing me of lying that he blocked me.
- I deleted them, as they were inappropriate in the conversation.
- Later, I tried contacting the seller. As of today, he has not yet responded to my query of the refund.

- I tried contacting the seller today via LINE.
- So far, it appears that he has not read any
of my messages sent since 8 April.
- In the most recent messages, I informed the seller
that the EpicNPC Moderator has notified him,
and asked if he was ok.

- I have tried contacting the seller again today.
- No answer from his LINE account.
- He has not read any messages I sent him, since 8 April.
- I also sent him a private message on EpicNPC, and he has not
yet responded.
- My inference is that Kirinxo may have blocked me from communicating with him,
based on the way LINE works.
- I have secured the steam account and steam account email, in which the seller
gave to me. This is to preserve evidence, should it be required in future.

Apologies for not being able to get on once again. As for the account in question I have delivered the said account on my part. With all evidence as he have provided that it had work and problems occurred was due to everything he had wished me to do. Up until the last day he had inform me the account was banned. That in fact the account has not been banned for I was able to get in once again. I agreed with the seller to see his response and he clearly stated that it was banned. Our agreement was that if the account had problem that I had cause then I would refund I can’t be taken accountable for his actions which he stated got him banned. But in fact he did not get banned and tried to scam me back $600 on the account just so he only had to pay $200 for it.

To continue I had proceeded to change the name of the account and phrase to indicate “Liar you have it” and the message below to say “I know you still have my account Bobby”.

The account in a few minute later said it was logged in elsewhere. I guess he had started to log in again. Seeing the message he erased what I had wrote and replaced them with . and . for the message.

by the next day I checked back in and he had returned back to the beginning of the game and the account was wiped completely.

Below is the video that I had entered the account this morning April 12th 11am showing everything has been wiped on the account after I had sent the message about him having the account.

So I ask you guys how is that possible? How the heck is my account banned yet I got in. Then how is it that Bobby stated that he couldn’t get in yet he is the only one who has all my log in information. We all know about the one time passcode. So if my account was truly banned shouldn’t it be banned from everywhere? So how does he still have my account just to come in play it and then after to find out I have access and messaged him, he deletes everything and ask for a refund when clearly he had access.

As for the many other accusations such as me blocking him. According to Line when a person blocks, he will be indicated with a block on message. Clearly I did not according to his evidence of showing he messaged me. I have only been hard at work and school and with my family to take care of I could not just get on.

As stated that in our conversation you indicated that my account was buggy due to the fact that there were still ghost log ins. We had resolve that issue by u telling me to replace the Game Center save fill. I had provided video as evidence for that.

U had acccess to the account in order and u clearly indicated that you could play it without any problems until the next day. However, how u got the account banned on steam is unclear to me. If I wanted to recall the account I could’ve have just refunded you the 75% and continued playing on it. Why would I get rid of my precious account that I could sell for more. Makes absolutely no sense to me.

I am am in no obligations to refund you for you still have access to my account that u stated to have been banned but have clearly not.

You say say someone else has access yet your the only one that had access to the account on file.

U stated u have access and could play it. We agreed if the problem was due to my end but I had no work in you causing the unaccess of the account. The account is no longer belongs to me but to u. I cant provide refund when I have clearly gave u everything for the account along with having done nothing wrong on my end to cause u to be banned

This account is sold to you. You have every right to it now. Login information I will provide but I can’t be expected of a refund of an account that u have access to already.

Let me summarize, I have sold u the account. Gave you logging of the account. U purposely got it banned and is now trying to get a refund when u still have access to it. Wipe whatever’s left and demanding a full refund. I will not refund for an account that I as sold to u in full safety to only be banned and deleted by u

I do not know what you are speaking of,
and it was not raised to me at any point
in our conversations.

With regards to what you get out of it,
it appears that you wanted to avoid this dispute for several days,
and find a way to keep both my money and your game account.
The account you gave me was false and not clean,
that is why it got the ban.

Whatever happened within those several days of non-response,
was within your control,
and not mine.

You had possession of the account,
and so you had control over it.
I did nothing to you,
except test the account provided via steam.

I do not know whether the account
you provided in your recent screenshots was the same as what
was advertised, or doctored as supporting evidence.

For the past several days,
I have been waiting and worrying over you.
I have been carefully documenting what happened and our
interactions during this dispute.
Why didn't you respond to any of my messages,
or any of the moderator's messages?

I did not cause any problems to the account,
and you are accusing me of actions without proof.
During my time of play last week,
I played normally within the Terms of Service.
Then, I got the ban.

You have already admitted to possessing the account,
which you lied about,
and also you lied about the verification of the account ban,
because you knew that the account you gave me was faulty.

Anyway, I will leave it to the moderators to decide, based on the evidence set forth.

P.S The seller still has not responded to any of my queries via LINE,
nor read any messages.

But as we now know I was not the reason for you indicated that you played on the steam account and got it banned. The account is still yours. The fact of the matter is, that you promised me a refund,
and verified it. We shook hands on this.

Now, a few days later after remaining uncontactable,
you decide to find a way to keep my money that I paid you,
and your own account.

It is very shameful and sad.

Please honour our handshake,
and provide the refund.

I empathise with your financial difficulties,
but taking my money, hiding and running,
and withholding your
product, is the wrong way to do it.

- Why was this not disclosed at any point, during our chat, prior to the dispute?

2. You lied about verification, and went missing for several days.
- You did a positive verification, knowing you had the real account,
and decided to run away from this.
- This was until the moderators sent you a ban warning.

3. You lied about refunding the money.
- Why was I promised a refund on Friday last week,
but got no answer from you for several days?
- Unless you were hospitalised, you are actively avoiding me.

4. I have no access to your account, and you have no proof that I do.
- None of the events that you described earlier in your first post,
were ever raised to me when I tried repeatedly to contact you.
- All I knew at the time, was that I would be promised a refund.

5. The account you gave me was likely hacked to look like yours,
and was inevitably banned.

I had already indicated that I could not get on due to family responisbilities and work and school constraints. As for the trying to avoid you and me getting a ban notice? I could totally really give a single cent about that ban. Ban me so what like I care.

For verification u do know in order to find out if someone has an account u need wait to see right? If I just asked you about logging in would you continue log in for me to catch you? Exactly I needed to wait to see if u really was accessing my account.

As for the refund please please please read my explanation before u respond again. I offered the refund before I knew that you still had access to the account. So when I found out that the account still has not been banned yet u demanded a refund that’s when I started to investigate on the matter.

Next you are the one person that I gave access to my account who other than the sole person who I sold it to has access?

With what you gave me, yes, I played for 1 day on Thursday, 5 April 2018.
After that, we found an issue, and you agreed to perform the refund.

You then disappeared for 5 days without notice,
with the account you secretly kept for yourself to play with.

Dear Sir,

I do not have more evidence, as of now.

The best that I could provide was the video,
and the conversations that I had with the seller.

That video (of the ban) was made on the 6th April 2018, in
which I shared it with the seller.

The seller tried logging in via that same steam account,
and confirmed the issue on that date.

I am unsure about the dedicated login,
as I am a new player to this game.

Base on this evidence and the videos, it appears the account was banned, then someone contacted support and got it unbanned, but support wiped it for violations.

That image also shows that Kirinxo never used Steam to access the account before, this must mean there is a second separate login for Square Enix.


As this time, it appears someone contacted Square Enix support and provided enough evidence to get the account unbanned.

I do not believe it would be possible for bobbycooldude to do this as it does not appear he received much information on the account. That means either the seller Kirinxo or a previous owner contacted support to get it unbanned.

I'll wait for another reply from Kirinxo before making a final decision.

The account was never linked to the SE website. It was only ever given to me by the original seller through one time password.

Here is the video that shows the date and time as well as the account ID
As you can see coming in it has been wiped but has not indeed been banned.
I have also slowly showed the supremes that can be bought again through the ability shop tab indicating that the account have the supremes listed and Ultimate Heroes to see that this is the very same account given to the buyer that he indicated was banned.

As you can see from the backup Steam Account the account is still there.
My analysis is that
1) Bobby did something to cause a violation to the steam account. However he somehow managed to access and eventually wiping the account upon finding out I can still access the account. So as you can see I have sold the account to the best of my abilities but I didn’t cause a violation for if I did there would have been a ban on the entire account

We have confirmed that the account was banned and unbanned.

This analysis can't be true.

It's possible bobby caused the initial ban, yes, we have no evidence to show why it was originally banned. However bobby does not have the ability to unban the account. All he has was the email and Steam login info. This is not enough to get an account unbanned if he contacted support.

This means someone else, who had detailed account information, contacted support and got it unbanned.

My analysis is this:

Account was sold to bobbycooldude
Previous owner contacted support to claim it was stolen.
Support initially bans the account
After further support negotiation, SE decides to unban the account but wipes it.

As stated, we have confirmed the account was banned and unbanned. There is no way bobbycooldude could have unbanned it.

Since the previous owner recalled or attempted to recall, Kirinxo you will have to issue a refund to bobbycooldude. You can then dispute the payment against the person you purchased this account from.

I would like to assure you and @Kirinxo that as far as I know,
I did not do anything that violated the account, and caused a ban.
Although I am a new player, I did my best with common sense
in how to play the game.

It would be against my interest in damaging the account,
or harming its contents.
This is because I invested a significant amount of money
in purchasing the account, and did my very best to ensure
that it would run well.

I played only on a Windows 10 PC,
via steam through the account that was provided.

I only had that game running, and no other programs running,
at that time
during gameplay.

I did not play the game on any other platform.

I have tried messaging [MENTION=590814]Kirinxo[/MENTION] via line, but it seems that he has left the chat.
I tried searching for his Line ID(Kirinace96), but no results were returned.

We are waiting for @Kirinxo to reply. Kirinxo has been email notified.

The refund amount is the previously agreed amount of 75%. Kirinxo will have 24 hrs to issue the refund. If he does not, he'll be banned for failing to resolve this dispute.
