Recovery key missing, cannot acces my epic account!

Hi everyone,

im posting this thread becouse i have a very big problem. I just lost my recovery key from google authenticator and i did a master reset to my android phone. Now i cant log-in to my original account ( http://www.epicnpc.com/members/354470-nikacristian ).

Is there any posibility to recover my account please? My account is upgraded and i really need it back!

I can provide all the information about my account to prove the ownership.
