Received no calls to receive verification code

Unable to perform account verification via "Call" option because i receive no calls to get the code required for verification.
Unable to use "SMS" option because it was claimed that it is not available in my country.

For Singapore (SG).

Any advise ?

I do not see any issue. The SMS are being sent to your number, but we do not have the ability to see if you receive it.

Forwarding your phone, phone services and a bad signal could cause an issue. Unfortunately there's not much else we can do.

If you're not receiving them, I recommend trying another phone number. Sorry.
