the order was completed since Friday within our agreed time
then he said he canceled the order and blocked me

Doesn't matter what YOU believe, the truth is I no longer was interested and decided not to buy it. Therefore bought nothing from you. If you do "orders" then maybe make a form and require payment up front.

I had interest until I didnt, taking too long etc. Then final armory is just random gear thrown together, even a intel trinket for DPS? Was looking like a sloppy account so No Im not buying something im not happy with.

In my opinion a neutral feedback can be given. There wasnt a specific order form, but you gave the impression you wanted the account, and repeatedly checked in on it, right until the last second.

Neutral isnt negative, and Ill leave one also for trying to provide healing gear for dps set. So he can toss on whatever gear and I have to buy it? Seems sketchy.
