I received negative feedback when no transaction took place at all. I've been pretty exhausted all day and didn't have the energy to respond to him for a while, and when I didn't, he spammed me and even tagged me in a PUBLIC mutual Discord server to get my attention. Then he left me negative feedback.
No transaction took place whatsoever though. He first DMed me on EpicNPC, then added me on Discord where he proceeded to spam me. That's about it and not much else to mention.
