Received Negative Feedback From A Scammer Seller Who's Now Banned.

Please read through the link provided above as it shows our full conversation including screenshots that payment was made and the seller failed to provided the account after payment was made. I then raised a dispute with ebay and received a refund.
The seller also has scammed another user and received negative feedback from them and is now banned.
This seller was claiming he had an fiverr account for sale, accepting payment and not sending the account.
