When recalling (I recently have been scammed) What do I need to say over the phone?

I'm not the OO of the account though I have all information. No access to the email (its theres) etc.

What do i say to blizzard and can this be done?

Call blizzard. State the number your calling from, the one registered to the account. They will ask for verification for your first and last name. THey will ask for your Secret question answer. Once that is done tell them that you no longer have access to the email and that you need it changed. ANd its done

what if I dont know the number?
I deleted it from an email ages ago. then I would have known!

THen its fine. Just call from your house number. THey have to eat off the palm of your hand if you have the Last name and Security question. But now you have to wait till monday
