Did the seller say he's the original owner? NO
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? As the thread bellow, he explains almost everything about the account.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? About 2 days

The seller really helped me with my questions and this recall problem, i really don't want him to get banned, please.

You are doing the right thing. I'm sorry, I'm really tired of Genshin trading, it has been unfair to me, I started in October and built feedback on various websites where I am active to this day, I have been handling all complaints, putting a lot of effort in finding best deals, putting my money, my whole heart into it, but seen how hard it is to know whether you buy from someone who cares or a dude who eventually will throw you over has took it's toll on me. I knew the risks, not playing the victim here, just writing sort of a goodbye message. I'm still offering you what I can but I don't mind being suspended.

No, he's a seller on website called funpay, I think many people know about it.
Ticket system there is so crappy, people are allowed to withdraw funds in two days without ID verification, if they have 20+ feedback - immediately after order been cofirmed, support rarely helps. I have bought many things there and in total faced about 10 recalls in 5 months for which I refunded full amount from my pocket.

To make it easier I will call these guys A - og owner, B another guy who has been blocked on funpay for a week from who C got the account, B is not an because he had like 12 accounts for sale, he was caught twice lying about ownership, C being the one who sold that account to me. I trust C and have been dealing with him very often, no previous cases of recalls.

Let's assume it goes as: A being hacked or selling account to B, B selling to C, C selling to me, me selling to Kirissuno after 22 days (i had that account from June 12th to July 4th) and after 2 more days it's recalled. I was heavily implying it might have been hacked since buyer had access to it after email has changed, but seen twitter with same username as account username being linked, a twitch channel by very same name existing. there is no doubt og owner had recalled it.

What have I done to this point: I messaged C, he pointed to B, B is banned and we don't know whether he has money on balance, if yes then order can be reopened there and money could be reclaimed. C can be refunded but despite being reliable he still can say something like "i wasn't" and run away with money, so I will open another ticket to freeze his balance. when he gets money MY order will be reopened and refunded. Ideally it will make full refund to Kirissuno possible.
Before that, C has offered me half, it is allowed by website itself (I paid for the account about 95 euro with fees, sold for 110, making the refundable amount 48 + 15) but Kirissuno did not aprove the idea. I can't give full amount now so I hope all aformentioned would work.

Funpay is already known that is a source of the large number of hacked Genshin accounts that were recalled after was sold here. Since these accounts were hacked, people selling them for cheap on Fanpay and it's a great call for members from here to earn some money without thinking about how these accounts were obtained.

Every Genshin seller on this website must be aware that will be confronted with a potential loss if decide to resell from Fanpay.

Our rule on this website is that each member is responsible for what it sells so in this case you are obligated to issue a full refund and not half unless the buyer agrees in the opposite. As I'm unable to see that he is fine with half so please refund a full amount and we can close this dispute as resolved

I am responsible for what I sell hence there are no disputes because I always have been helping out my buyers. I suggested that Kirissuno should open one because I started doubting people intentions, it's hard to proove if account was actually recalled or buyer simply changed the email. Again, now all proofs are present.
Funpay is unsafe, I understand, though I wasn't buying cheap offers and I selected sellers very carefully, mostly with one single listing and proofs of ownership such as recovery info and receipts, most of my purchases range from 80 to 150 usd, not like I'm buying something obviously stolen for 20 and reselling here.

I need to be at work soon, I will update on a matter within an hour or two, waiting for reply on funpay. If I fail to do that feel free to ban me.

Kirissuno has provided enough evidence in chat before, we were both looking for his tiktok, facebook and twitter so am already aware. Now I will ask him what happened and present the conversation to funpay support so they return the money faster.

@Kirissuno have you made any purchases on the account during that time? And what was the displaying name before it got recalled?
 
Ye... i bought the Monthly pack and some summons, the InGame name? Mutigated which i changed to Kirissuno last day.
Don't worry about the money spent on currency :)
Also pulled Qiqi for more info, idk, ask me anything.

What packs exactly? For what amount? I texted the guy from tiktok, I assume it's a real owner, he is asking me these things

Thanks, so I spoke to owner he said he was scammed, tried to sell his account and got a fake notification of purchase (yep it exists on funpay) and gave the details away. Whether it's true it doesn't matter
For some reason seller is ignoring me, I told him to report the guy from who he bought the account since he might still have money on balance.
I will now do that myself maybe I can pull out the money that way too

Also owner offered to buy the account back, will you accept it if so? Of course with all registration details only, otherwise I will return the money

Yeah I agree, but with registration details it's a bit more safer. Anyway, up to you. Owner said he will think about selling it. After all there is still your google linked and he will have hard time explaining it to someone else.
I opened another ticket where I explained everything, also mentioned that owner has posted the account for sale. Btw he could have used different profile to sell the account back then and get away with it, then sell again, so I asked support staff to check if the IP is different for all 3 users involed.
 
Even with the registration details if i appeal to mihoyo a lot of times to recall it idk smells fishy or not? I preff not doing that, and for real, i don't need all the money back now, you are doing so great and now you are helping a lot.
