What is the dispute about?
I bought an account from this seller and the deal made was that I buy account for 250$ and give him my honkai whale account which turned out to be recalled and the person I bought account from did not respond to refund in anyway.
and on 01/05/2023, it turns out this acc got recalled and when I asked the seller, he states that due to him no longer having access to acc I gave him, he got it back. Now before this happened, I told him why he couldn’t have access to acc and he should wait for my dispute/refund before any actions will be taken. But he still did the recall and then says a deal is a deal but I’m asking for refund. He refuses to give me.
