Recall WoW Account

Hey i'm about to purchase a WoW account for 2150 NZD when i get a new account and transfer the character to the new account. Can the orginal owner (the guy i'm buying from) recall the character and get his character back. I was under the impression you couldn't until i recently read a thread where some guy scammed another guy after 3 months and got his character he sold to him back even though the guy that bought it had transferred it to a new account a few months before hand. He lost the character and it went back to the first owner.

Can this happen, and if so how can i prevent it from happening to me?

Yes they can recall the character for these two reasons.

1) They know the secret question answer because they need it to xfer the character from their account to yours.
2) The new account (yours) has their name on it, in order for the character to be xfer'd.

You might be able to get a copy of their driver's license so you can recall it back. (That is what blizzard asks for during the recall process.)

But if i get a new account and put my first name on it and his last name and the id doesnt match his name or my name what then, or should i put his first name aswell?

Can he still take it from me if it only has his last name but not his first name and the secret question will be different?
