What is the dispute about?
After being assured account was all okay, I logged in to find out the account had been back-charged roughly $600 in premium currency and that they had sent the account a warning for deactivation a few days prior to the account being sold
Other details / notes: I've asked for a refund or even a partial refund to atleast keep the account from getting deactivated on the 24th, but have not heard any response. When I brought up the 51,000 Primo-gem back-charge he said he wasn't the original account holder - so he couldn't do anything.
