I want to post this open dispute against user "Ronnie Ronnie", a seller in the small community of Ragnarok Online private servers. This will serve as an open report until the transaction is completed and items are delivered. I have no other recourse at this point and I believe that enough time has elapsed to publicize this and warn the rest of the community to steer clear of this seller. I understand the short falls of my decisions and what I should have done, but what's done is done. I am out $1800 USD with no chance of recovering anything.
My hopes is that I can prevent another scam from those of us wanting legitimate trades.
