Describe how you were scammed: Ok this is the whole story,I traded a DK,Rogue,Priest i received from Darkrequem1234 to Fabiokaya then Fabiokaya traded me the Rank 1 Glad Priest and told me the account was safe,i had the account just under 1 week and received a IM in aim from "Indyramdodge" asking if i had the R1 Priest and i replyed with yes,then he said "he had been tracking the account down" and told me it was his account,i had to go to work and when i had got home and tryed to logg on i then saw that the account had been recalled

Other details / notes: i am not pointing fingers at Fabiokaya or Darkrequem1234 i just want to be compensated for what i have lost out as now i am accountless and it seems unfair that im the one losing out here

i know i shouldnt post in here but i got to say this going over the chat logs i see fabiokaya lied to u from the start.

first he states the OO is a good friend of his at uni.
then he says he does not know who the OO is.
He then he says to contact darkrequiem1234 as he gave him the priest.

TBH i think he is screwing u around and should be the 1 to compensate u

1. This thread is 100% true, but nobody above know who the OO is, so whoever stated they were the "OO" was lying. I purchased the account from the OO.. and i've been in contact with him sence.
2. Anyway, it is true. And I am done with this website, so please get rid of my account,and ban my IP from registering again. Thanks.

Oh and also, whoever was involved in this should look up some facts because everyone has been lying about OO's and ****, so good luck trying to find out who's account is who's. Might aswell recall your original accounts because that **** is a mess.

I am the OO of this account, I am not very good friends or even personal friends with anyone in this thread. I originally traded it to Dodgeram for $350 total, he paid me $300 about 3 weeks ago, $26 yesterday, and I'm still waiting for the other $24. This is a pretty unfortunate turn of events here, but since he hasn't opened a dispute/chargeback I really can't intervene. Paypal is my main source of income and I can't take a $326 hit right now. Sorry guys.

Dodgeram1996 will be banned for recalling the priest. But as of right now, Sillygoose (AIM FABIOKAYA) is responsible for compensating imakebeatz with another account, or returning his accounts from the trade. This being as you mislead imakebeatz into trusting you with the trade by saying you were best friends with the OO (the OO has no idea who you are) and that you guaranteed the account was 100% safe. You have 48 hours.

Answering Question 4) In my AIM Loggs Dodgeram1996 states the reason for recall is because of all the lies he was told about owners of accounts he was getting from people and there for did not care that he was getting banned and wanted priest back as he was not going to trade anymore

And I recalled because everyone I spoke to reguarding my priest either lied to me about it, and everyone comes crying to me because they can't get their story right, I traded with a repped mmobay member, the account was recalled, and then I get messages on aim from random people saying they got scammed out of a rank 1 priest so I just said **** it and recalled it because I don't want it in the hands of a scammer.

firstly before accusations are thrown out, read carefully when i said the OO was a close friend of mine at uni i was speaking about MY ACCOUNT (DK/ROgue) that HE HAD!
secondly i stated i got the account from a TWV user, i.e. darkrequiem.
beats told me sum1 contacted him stating they were recalling their account, which obviously previously had fallen into dark's hands and then mine, and eventually beats'.

And I wanted to state it again for those hard of sight.
WHEN I MENTIONED I KNEW THE OO I WAS SPEAKING ABOUT MY ACCOUNT, WHICH WAS CHAIN TRADED FROM DARKREQ TO BEATZ (it was being whored i was happy to get a chance to trade it back). I'm technically the OO since i got it from my friend years ago, worked on it and became a gladiator on it.
I DIDN'T STATE I KNEW THE OO OF THE PRIEST ACCOUNT!
MY FRIEND IS IN UNI AND HE CAN POST HERE OR CAN BE CONTACTED FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.

Due to the nature of the conversation it's difficult to assume what account it was in reference to, but that's what i meant + How would I know the OO if i stated i got the account from Dark who is well repped.

I'm not a liar neither do i cheat or scam people. i wasn't around all day to reply until now.

1) I obviously didn't lie, since i wasn't referring to the priest i was referring to MY account that darkq chain traded to beatz.

Ok, I've re-read the logs multiple times and here's my take.

You original said you got the account from a TWV member. Later you said the OO was a friend of yours. So if that was me, I would assume got the Priest from a TWV member who is also a friend of yours. You guys were in the middle of the trade with the priest, so why would imakebeatz ask you who the OO was of the account he already had. It would only make sense asking who the OO of the priest is.

However misunderstandings happen, so I won't say you lied, but you should have been clearer.

Dodgeram1996 recalled because of all the chain trading with the account and the recalls, so he wanted to stop the madness. While I can see his point, it is not his account to recall. It is clear his is not going to get involved or give the account back so he will be banned.

Rank1 Priest > secretninja > Dodgeram1996 > Darkrequem1234 > Fabiokaya > imakebeatz

Regardless of whether or not Fabiokaya lied about knowing the OO, the Priest was recalled by Dodgeram1996 . I can put the blame on Fabiokaya since he was the last owner, however that's not really fair either, since then he can go down the line and blame Darkrequem1234.

So since Dodgeram1996 is taking a ban, I'd really like to recommend a three way compensation between Darkrequem1234, Fabiokaya and imakebeatz.

Solution 1) Fabiokaya keeps the DK/R/P and Fabiokaya and Darkrequem1234 offer imakebeatz compensation, 1/3 value.
Solution 2) Fabiokaya gives the DK/R/P back to imakebeatz and Darkrequem1234 and imakebeatz offer compensation to Fabiokaya, 1/3 value.

This is a ****ty situation with a crazy chain trade, but that's the best I can come up with. This way everyone loses a little bit, 1/3 of the total value of the R1 priest, instead of 1 person losing the entire value.

Im pretty much oo of the dk/r/p and my only account I don't think i'll be giving it to him. it is a ****ty situation and beatz is suffering which sucks, Ive never been in this mess before neither would i want to destroy my by lying to him about who the OO is.
We'll have to see what dark has to say about this

the reason why mike said dark could fall in the responsibility block is because he traded it to me and he assured the account was safe etc. And you don't really expect an account traded by a TWV member to get recalled.
Also, it isn't my fault it got recalled, remember that, it was willfully taken back by a member of this site, and he mentioned he doesn't care if he got banned.
Beatz I understand you're mad, and I don't blame you. you've been pretty hostile towards me as if i recalled the account. we had a misunderstanding in the aim chat, and Mike (Moderator) acknowledges it. hence why he said either i compensate something a 1/3 of value or dark does it. And you wanna go all Rambo and try to ban the account that belongs to me, i can very easily send in my info + ID and get it back - it really isn't hard.

Darkrequem1234 is being involved because he traded it to Fabiokaya. I can put 100% of the blame on Fabiokaya, but then he can just say he blames Darkrequem1234 because he got the account from him. Darkrequem1234 got the account from Dodgeram1996 who currently has the account and is banned because of it. So really it's the three of you that need to resolve this.

Syrus/darkrequiem1234 has been notified and I will wait for his reply on this.

It doesn't have to be an account, but you both must agree. 48 hrs will be given to sillygoose to make compensation or to come to an agreement with imakebeatz. Temp ban will follow.
