Quick Question About Paypal.

Hey guys I will make this quick, I recently sold my d3 acc and the man payed me via Paypal.
Now the person has refunded his money and paypal reversed the money to him so I guess this is called a Scam, What can i do I really need help.

Open a thread against him in the Active Disputes section and recall your D3 account.
