And I was curious if there is a guranteed way through Paypal that people cannot recall their payment?
I was told if they check a box marked "recieved merchandise" they cannot get their money back.
I'm legit and have no reason to recall my characters because I'm being forced to quit this game. But I know scammers can recall their payments, which would force me to call Blizz and try to salvage the account.
