Questioning Safety Of A Purchase Im About To Make... Any help would be great!

Alright so.

Im looking to purchase a World of Warcraft account.
Someone replies to me on Skype (who doesn't have an EpicNpc account) and originally wants to use Western Union or Skrill, etc.)
I say no I will only do Paypal because of the buyer side protection and they must create an account on here.

He says thats but but only friend to friend payments or request payment.

After I found out he doesnt have an account I told him it will be a normal payment through paypal
or using a middleman service (which he refused because he wanted his money quicker and not take a while).
He also does not want to go through Trade Guardian.

Do I just give up on the sale at this point or what steps can I take to take the least amount of risk for me?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I am really new here so I shouldnt be the one posting.

I would say give up on this sale. Although I understand that getting verified is a long process and he wants his money fast, but you have no guarantee with the way he wants you to pay. If you dont want to risk your account or money just wait till someone who is trusted gives you an offer.

The way he is going about buying the account screams scam tho.

Well he is selling the account and I am buying. Although he is not a user and I am. I guess the safest way would be going through paypal and him trading info first or get a mediator involved?

he hasen't replied for a little while, so that is probably an indication of him just being a scammer.

Plenty of reputable sellers on this site when it comes to WoW accounts. I would look to some of the higher feedback guys selling on the WoW forum. That guy sounds sketchy

please ALWAYS search skype before doing any transaction. Its not fool proof, but it saves lots of headaches
