Are sellers that is EpicNPC verified trusted 100%? Or is there still the chance that they might be a fraud or something?

No one can be trusted 100%, there's always risk involved, but the chances of Verified Users taking advantage of you are slim.

It just means the seller is taking extra steps to build trust on EpicNPC by investing on the platform and verifying their identity. While there is always a risk when doing business, you can reduce that by going with verified, trusted, or members in the community that have lots of reputation or good reviews here.

If he's verified it might be fairly safe to go with him as he is trying to build a reputation here regardless if he's new or not. If you're happy to wait then by all means wait.

If it’s a higher value trade consider using an MM, otherwise it’s probably a safe bet. If you are unsure, you can always go with more reputable dealers.

Most top up services are safe from Verified users. Services offering 25%-40% off of shop items is pretty normal. Again, if you are concerned you can always go with more trusted sellers who are better known here, no worries. At least that way you know what your getting, even if you have to pay more.
