Question. [Please Read, Need Help]

Okay just a question.

Heres the deal, I bought a account for my Nephew about 2 Months ago a lil less, I bought it from someone who Didnt have a MD But saw my WTB post. He said it was on a brand new account which it was, But he never gave me Cd-Keys saying "He lost them" I got all the other Information which seems to checkout fine. The Transfer is coming up in 3Days Im just sketchy cause I never saw the guy online again since I bought it. Now heres the thing...

I dont wanna be scammed, Like he recalls on Transfer date recalling the account transfering then sells it. I know paypal has chargeback if someone attempts to scam you, Only thing is I used Western Union.

Now heres the question....

Is it possible to get your money back Via Western Union if he scams me? Or am I just left with nothing... I heard you can get there Address, Number, And such can I make a Claim or like file a dispute or even take it to court or something?

Im just curious cause my Nephew since he got the account has gotta about 4 T6 Pieces and is loving the gift. I wouldnt want the account taken away without a way I can buy another for him.

From what I think is that you cannot get money back once it is sent western union. Paypal offer protection like shipping confirmation and verification to make sure the users address and info is legit through credit card verification. Its a lot harder to make a fake paypal verification account. Once the money is sent WU, it is difficult to track down =/.

2 months i wouldnt worry much. Just xfer to a new account if you dont feel safe but even without cd-keys i can still recall an account so he prob did throw them out. I always do
