Question: Payment Dispute Bans from CC

What can the seller do to unban/compensate if i got banned from payment dispute from the gametime he sold me?

1) email blizzard stating your account was hacked - they will probably email you a form to fill out and send in a scan of your ID to unlock the account
2) get the seller to compensate you in cash - unfortunately there isnt much else to do
