Question on multiple accounts

i am suspecting a user of holding another mule account although sadly i have no evidence to prove so

how does epicnpc knows that we hold multiple accounts? through IP address?

Though IP address and other detection methods. If you suspect someone has multiple accounts, please report both accounts to a moderator/admin and we'll check.
