Wasn't entirely sure on where to post this...lol. I'll go fill out the actual scam forum thing if that's the best course of action, but it seems like mmobay can't really "force" a payment like paypal?
Anyway, quick background - I bought an account a couple weeks ago, got some information at the time, was promised an ID scan but never got it. Account was recalled today, and I've skim read the scammer forums a few times in the past, so my question is this - should I fill out the form there and try to get a refund through this site, or should I file a dispute with paypal first? Also, if I go the paypal route, what exactly do I tell them? From reading their ToS, it looks like they just don't offer any support in virtual goods purchases? >< Anyways, yeah. Not 100% on which way would be best to get my money (or at least some of it) back.
