Dear EpicNPC Admin,
I have a question regarding my seller verification process, I hope you can advise me.
I'm currently living in Canada to attend university, but my passport is from Vietnam.
When I made my account 2 years ago I set my country to Canada and didn't think much about it but last week when I tried to submit my ID for seller verification, it was rejected because the ID comes from a different country.
I also got my account disabled and was only able to reopen it after verifying my identity with the help desk.
I want to ask if it is possible to change my account country to Vietnam so it matches my ID or if there is anything else I can do given my situation.
