Question about Transaction Status

Hello, I have question, what happens, when a buyer is not clicking "Transaction Completed"?

Perhaps the person is playing and enjoying the account/game, and forgot to do it?

Recently I have sold my WT account (via trustap) and I gave all info, I am in 72h (9h remaining) wait on Trustap, yet in here, the person did not click it yet, and time passed more than 48h. I did chat with the person at that time of buy, and all was great. I don't know if they need to complete it, or it will go automatically after some time? I did try to dig around in google and in here, and I could not find the answer, and I hope to get it here ^_^

Trustap will automatically release funds to you after the waiting period and mark it as completed. However, if the buyer did not confirm the handoff of the account or item on EpicNPC, the transaction will not be shown as completed on the EpicNPC side, and no feedback will be issued. In cases like this, you may need to contact support to help resolve if you are unable to reach the buyer.

You can report it. We'll contact the user to ask them to update it and if they don't reply in 24 hrs, we'll update it on their behalf.
