Question about Recalled WoW Accounts...

Well I just got a notification via email that the person who I bought the account from has recalled the account...(What a dumbass...I paid via PayPal and he gave me ID scan...No idea why). The problem is that I paid for a paid server transfer + race change, a whopping $55. Will I get refunded via Blizzard for the server transfer + race change or am I just out of luck?

You can place a chargeback on those funds that you used to pay for the server xfer and race change, and blizzard will lock the account until whoever is in possession pays what was chargedback. Hope that didnt sound too confusing

How would I go about to doing the chargeback if I used a credit card such as MasterCard?

Also, when I dispute my PayPal payment, I put that the good was a "Other tangible good". Was that a mistake? Should I have put intangible good? Because I can call up PayPal right now and say I made a mistake.

Sorry for all these questions but I really want to get this settled right now. Really mad that he would do this even when he sent me the ID scan, Cd keys, etc.

To file a chargeback youll have to contact your CC company, in this case Mastercard.

As for paypal, the buyer always has ground to stand on with paypal. Paypal seems to not go in favor of account sellers with intangible goods, so you should be able to recall your payment no problem.

You should be able to get your money from paypal easily as long as you didnt open and close a dispute already
