i want to upgrade to pro seller status, and it said thread will appear on homepage

i saw threads apperaing there from other pro sellers and they have images on it

my questions it is it taken from my thread or i can upload specific images for it ?

i openeed the link and the first image on his thread is different then the one on the front page ?
