How long is it befor paypal cannot help me with anything i sent money its been like 3-4 weeks and the person hasint sent me CD keys and ID can i take $ back and tell him to send [censored] and i will give him the $ back after he does? or is it to late for paypal to even get into it

uhh you need to login Paypal and goto the section called resoluton center. You need to file a claim and let paypal investigate. You better hurry because you have a limited amount of time to do it.
