Hello! So PayPal doesn’t allow users from my country to receive money, and i was wondering if there’s a middleman that can receive money from the buyer on PayPal then send it to me via crypto (specifically BTC)

Im pretty sure that mm fee can only be paid via crypto, or other methods provided.

By default, the payment goes from buyer to seller directly, not through the MM.
A few MMs provide payment holding services, but only using the same payment (eg. if buyer sends Paypal, seller gets Paypal as well). I'm not aware of any MM who provides payment method conversion in addition to money holding, so sending Paypal and receiving crypto most likely isn't an option.
