Question about credit trades

I purchase some credits from another user who scams me and does not give me the credits I purchased. Given that I have sufficient evidence to prove the other user had scammed me, would the credits I purchased be transferred from the scammer's account to my account after the resolution of the dispute? The FAQ only has information regarding selling things for credits, not purchasing credits from another user.

Yes, the credits would be moved to your account and that member would be banned.

If you were scammed by a member please create a thread in the Active Dispute forum and provide proof of scam.

No, I haven't been scammed, I was just asking since I was planning to purchase credits soon.
