Question About Account Transferring

Alright, so I know this question has been asked a bunch but when transferring a WoW account on a BNET to another BNET.. do the names have to match? Thanks in advance.

You must have the following to transfer an account.

Identical First and Last name
Identical Address, State, and Zipcode
Identical Birthday

Access to the SQAs of the original account
