So heres the situation, about two months ago I sold an account to somebody here on markeedragon. It was legit, i sold him the account for 400. He said he didn't have all 400 and would give me 300 now and then the 100 in 1-2 weeks. 1-2 weeks go by. No money, then i try to contact him on aim and he acted really shady. The person on his S/N said that he is borrowing the S/N from the person i sold his account to. SO i let another week go by then i threaten to recall it. He says to give him some more time. Just last week i tried to get ahold of him to no avail. SO i recalled the account. Now all of a sudden he is who he says he is on aim and has the money, but i've been totally screwed all ready. He says he wants the account back but i told him no. Its just like a car you don't pay for...it gets repossessed. Anyways, after a couple of days, i go to log on and its banned. What can happen here? I repossessed it due to non-payment, so can he recall the 300 he already payed. (We payed through paypal btw). I'm just in a [censored] situation and am not sure what i'm going to do.

Well, first off try getting in contact with Blizzard and explain that your account had been taken, if you bug them enough and send in ID they will get you it back..its rare for an account to not be accessible ever again.

About the payment via paypal, has it been 30 days? If it hasn't, he can dispute it by saying he never obtained the account, in which you can post all of your aim chat logs, your original thread, etc and send it to paypal during the review process. If its been over 30 days, the only way he can really recall the money is to call paypal and claim the payment was unauthorized, but it wasn't, so it won't be hard for them to find that out. Unless of course, you didn't do your homework, and he payed with a paypal under a different name/address, in which, your screwed.

Long story short, you can most likely get your account back. And if you do, you gotta let him have his payment back anyways. Now if the account is 100% permamently locked, then I suggesst finding all of your trade logs and having them by your side incase he files a dispute.

Best of luck!
