Recently I made a report of my epic npc transaction, where the mm by mistake forgot the outlook password and the account is lost now.
Tho the mm has claimed to wait 24 hours for customer support of outlook so maybe he can try and retrieve, tho since its a fresh account we all know its probably unlikely,
I wish to know how this will proceed since this situation never happened to me before, and how long will I have to wait for reimbursement

If you've already reported the transaction and it's currently being managed by an official Epicnpc Trade Guardian, your next step is simply to wait for them to address the matter. It's difficult to predict exactly how long this will take. However, if the issue turns out to be a mistake on our Trade Guardian's part, you're entitled to bring this to the attention of our administrator. Should reimbursement be necessary, please be aware that a fund has been established to cover such instances.
