He is actively attempting to resell the account he allegedly gave to me. Below you will find the Skype conversation and notice that he removed me from his contacts. The conversation never provides a username or password and does not provide another contact method to do so. I sent him my interest of the account via PM, but was forced to delete it since I reached capacity.

He obtained the funds instantly so that I could not cancel my order. He then deleted me from Skype and blocked me from the website.

Please post skype profile screenshot. otherwise information seems to add up. maybe post paypal dispute as well. he has more then one negative for scamming. Why even deal with him?

He did not have negative feedback until after the transaction. In fact, he had all positive reps prior. I did file a PayPal dispute, but it does not appear that I have recourse since it was a "digital good." Regardless, here the the SS of his Skype profile. I appreciate your time looking into this matter.

Can i see the actual payment screenshot inside paypal? he says its on "hold" from paypal, not that i believe him, id rather prove that wrong now. Its definitely him on skype

The money is now on hold from PayPal because I filed a dispute. He stated, in the PayPal dispute, that he did transfer the "non-tangible" good and will not be issuing the refund.

From the seller it says "This is my last response" please post the dispute logs above that, it seems there's a lot of discussion.

The first post is of me asking for a refund of the $135. I did not know what to call the product so I said 'video game'. I responded that I never received the agreed upon product and that is when he responded by claiming it was his last response. He only made the two responses in total.
