Purchased Account then got banned next day :( m ogs

I purchased an account from a member with 25+ Feedback.

Seller-M ogs

The account was a 68 UD mage it was transferred to my account.

What should I do to resolve this matter. He doesn't want to refund in full. Its obviously his fault since hes from china and I dont have any other WoW accounts that were banned for exploiting.

You and I had a great transaction for a CD Key a while back so I know how legit you are...

It really stinks when you see the good people on MD get screwed like this...

That was the only account on that email. He clearly has other accounts that he farms gold on or something.

Well, did he have any terms of service that he had you look at? I'm sure he could just deny it was his fault and not repay you anything.

On these forums it has always come down to the simple solution that the buyer would be refunded in full in this case due to the account not being secure...

If he "claims" to have stated such terms he would have to provide logs with proof and screenshots as well to further solidify his case... Otherwise this person most likely won't be on MD very long...

Until this matter is resolved I recommend NOT TO TRADE with mogs.
