i didnt provide any refund policy but i know its bad situlation i tried to sell account with oge thats why i said make offer (in my mind i was trying to help him but you know im reseller i paid for this account and you know oge accs more valuable thats why i couldnt give it for free) i have acc with same badges has oge
but he didnt try work with me it was long time ago i dont know what happened.
