It's full version digital/download and you can play it for both offline and online. I will provide full details of the PSN account including the Email which PSN account created/link into upon creation. You may change all details afterwards including your new Email address too. You may play on your original account if you don't want to play on this account since you the real sole owner legally transferred to fully accessed this game. Additionally you may resell it too in the future if you done playing whichever your decision as it all up to you.
