psl remove negative feedback

yes there was banwave in lol 2 days ago, had around 10-15 people complain on skype, none requested immediate refund they were all ok with waiting ( the ones that got covered with 14 days warranty)

no reply in 24h i have no idea what is this for, he claims to bought lol account but does not reply with any info ( order id email username or w/e)
probably a friend of the a bove, trying to make it look as if we did something terribly wrong to people...

update:
itsdannie no reply in 48 hours, at this point i doubt he actually used us ever at all.

5 days no reply, isnt it strange he submitted negative feedback right after his friend ? he didnt even say what the feedback is about just accuse us of being "shady" ???
