Scammer username on EpicNPC right now is - Magivi - He seems to have main alias on other platforms as "Dragas"
They seem to target Summoners War accounts
Dragas will suggest his Middleman "WordHippo" who he will say has lots of reviews directly on Steam (which he does) and lots of reviews on reputation checking website called SteamRep (which he also does)
This gives false impression you can trust this exchange
Reporting to SteamRep accomplishes nothing they mark your report as invalid/rejected, I will show screenshot proof of this below. This status on reports causes them to be hidden - This makes his reputation look very good, even if he has many reports which that website chose to hide
Directly on Steam WordHippo can control what is publicly posted - He keeps initial requests like "please add for MM" but any questions/concerns you post after he will delete then ban you from posting on his profile

Main goal in posting this here is so when people searching inside EpicNPC for "Dragas" or "WordHippo" (and hopefully when searching Google too) these proof below of their scams will warn future victims to not trust them
