Problems with Blizz...We've all had it!

First off, I'm not sure if this post belongs in this forum but I believe it suits this forum best. I've been buying and trading and selling stuff on MD for about 1 month now. After completing about 10 transactions I'm beginning to get really paranoid about Blizzard. We ARE doing something illegal and I have had a few accounts banned.
So that presents me with a few questions:

-Is it possible for Blizzard to sue me or fine me?
-Any cases of that which have happened in the past besides the WoWGlider case?

Haha, no.
There's no LAW written down by the law saying "If you trade world of warcraft accounts, you'll get sent to jail."
We are doing something Illegal in Blizzard's Terms though..
What you ARE doing though is breaking Blizz's Policy, which you agreed to, (NOT TRADING ACCOUNTS) Worst they can do would be IP ban (If They Can) if it gets that serious, and when that happens, call up your ISP and ask for a new IP. Or just use a proxy.
