Problem with user Dramatic from MD : what should I do now?

I contacted the powerleveler many times in the last days, and while he's still online on AIM he's not answering.


After all, he got my account banned which can happen to anybody, however, he did make a clear statement that he would refund me if that what going to happen.

So where do I report this on MD? What should I do?

And in the event he run away, should I do a chargeback? What do I say to my credit card company?

1) use the scammer forums.
2) provide proof - aim logs etc
3) you can chargeback paypal or your credit card by claiming unauthorized funds etc...

But can I qualify this as a scam? I mean he didn't scammed me, he just did not delivered the promised refund.

then technically he owes you money, contributing to scamming, does it not? seeing he promised you one thing, and didnt deliver.
