I've sent both Admins a PM but if they don't get that I hope this will reach them, I wanted to Upgrade my account to Verified paid via bitpay sent the BTC from my coinbase account they took a long time to confirm and exceeded the limit now I've sent the BTC and I'm unable to do anything...

I have video evidence that I've sent them.

Secondly, How do I go about changing my name as I want to open a shop and need a more formal name.

Lastly people can a mod delete all my thread creations thus far (only 2). Thank you.

The payment usually takes 24 hrs to process and the tag is automatically added. (as I can see, the tag is already applied to you)
If you want to change your name you need to have EpicNPC credits. (username change costs 625 credits)

Sorry but we don't delete threads by request. None of your threads break to our policy so we don't have any reason deleting them.

Further, regarding your threads, you would have to purchase a thread removal from our store from credits (600c per thread), same as with the username.​
