Hello, I received unfair negative feebdack for not trading with user bogdan1979 (https://www.epicnpc.com/itrader_detail.php?ir=564442&u=198953), please remove that feedback. We didn't trade, that person has been fully refunded as requested, if required, I can provide screenshot to staff member via PM.

Yes i've been refunded. My feedback will remain negative because the seller is a liar and he didn't respond any of my messages on skype after i said i'll cancel the order. He responded after he saw the feedback.
I'm entitled to have an opinion and this is my opinion about his shop and seller, NOT RECOMMENDED by me. He have the same rights to leave me feedback.
Edited: i saw he already gave feedback. His feedback it is a revenge one, not mine. He hide behind the refund but in fact he is a liar . first he lied here on epicnpc for fast delivery of the gold but in fact it is 1-2 days. After i cancel it he said to me to open a paypal dispute when he could just refund the transaction because he said " i can refund you right away" right away doesn't mean after he saw my negative feedback.

The feedback can remain on whinkerton as a transaction did occur. Payment = transaction. The revenge negative was removed against bogdan

You cannot force users to make paypal refund them. You must refund as any normal seller does. If they lose paypal dispute they have no recourse as a new one cannot be open. Please use honest business practices.

You cannot leave revenge feedback against people.

Whinkerton has been temp banned for reinstating this feedback which was removed because he would not refund his customers and want to force paypal to decide when he does not deliver.
