problem with a fee refund

My question is the following:

Since Friday I had a pending transaction for the purchase of an account, for which we agreed with the seller to request the mm service for said purchase, a service that I paid using a credit card, but because no mm wanted to take the request, we had to cancel the transaction and therefore 100% of the money that was used to cancel the payment rate required by the mm had to be returned.

According to the message that I received from epicbot, because the account transaction had been cancelled, the money should be returned within 24 hours, but more than 24 hours have passed and I still have not received said the fee refund


In that case, what should be done?

okay so the refund on our side is within 24 hours. But the refund to your card or bank is up to the card issuer/bank. Typically is 3-5 business days but like I said this is what the bank/card issuer sets as a rule not us. There are occasions that the refunds that take longer and may need assistance but these are rarer and it would be too soon to tell.
 
The above is correct.

I see the refund was already issued yesterday. It can take up to an additional 3 days before you will see it on your credit card.
