I started to work and sell since 2016.
October 12, 2016 was I had a controversial case with a user Shockaden
since at that time I had little work experience and I did not know how to challenge my negative review, I did not pay attention to this review.
almost 4 years have passed; I currently have 170 positive reviews and 1 negative (with this user)

again contacted me with the goal of buying a game account in the wow classic. The transaction was successful, both parties are satisfied.
I discussed with him our old situation that occurred on October 12, 2016, when he left a negative review.
He voluntarily agreed to create a topic on his behalf in order to remove his negative review, since he is completely satisfied with my services.
