The buyer placed a third order on our website. The third order was having a payment problem due to potential risk. It takes more time than usual to deliver his product. He messaged us within 24 hours time frame to ask about his delivery. We confirmed it will be sent soon but the payment hasn't been cleared outside so it taking extra 2 days.
We have sent the order to him. We also offer a refund to him but he decided to keep the account still. The problem has been resolved.
