What is the dispute about? I purchased exhos heroes account for $30 dollars. He told me Gmail can't me swap so we have to update the dummy email with my email as recovery and phone number. So he gave me the email info I went and added my info and the email was instantly locked saying it could not verifiy the email was mine. The whole time I had to send verifcation codes to his number to change everything. After all the troubleshooting Gmail will not allow this email to be enabled again. Response said reply can take anywhere up to 30 days to Gmail to respond to possibly give me control back. I told him since I never had access to the Account I would like a refund or an account of equal value. He refused. He said he would refund me if he got the account back but that is impossible cause I can't access it due to the block email ( and never was able to access it). All I want is a refund or another account. I have screenshots showing all this info

The account transfer was successful.

the customer was able to log and add the email to his devices and CHANGE the password and ADD a recovery email to it to make sure the previous owner(seller) wont have means of accessing the account. i have screenshots and discord conversation as proof.

I've sold too many accounts linked to a dummy gmail and never encountered such problem.
I don't know what happened to customer's end.


i will gladly refund the account if the customer can give my account back.


I've been a loyal member of Epicnpc since 2016 and sold alot of account(i have my feedbacks for reference of customers satisfaction) and been thankful for Epic, i wont risk my reputation to scam people for mere $30 nor get scammed.

as a effort of making customer "happy" offered another account for free but that's best i can do no more else.

I will lost two good account for only $30

the amount that can be sold for those account combine is $65(market price)

I linked the whole conversation. As I said as soon as I change info I was instant locked by Gmail. Rather it was a location pings or you swapped the email too many times I have no idea. But I paid 30$ for an account I don't have not have accesstoo

It was you who instructed me to make all these changes and use YOUR phone to send verification codes to you. And then change it to mine. This whole process that YOU wanted me to do in order to get account compromised the account and got it locked.

doesnt work that way, google only requires both parties to "click the same number on the screen upon trying to log the account to a new device" you instructed me to click 3 different numbers its on discord ya

i gave you the account, you logged it, you changed password, you locked it. theres nothin i can do i cant unlock it im not Google. i provided you google links that might help understand why you locked it.

i always sell account these "swap pings/pings you kept mentioning doesnt matter imo coz most of my customers lived n the US or EU and almost all account i sold were linked to dummy gmail.

you locked the account you unlock it, there's nothing i can do to unlock it.

1. as a sign of goodwill ill try to give another account BUT not as equal as that account coz that account takes me months to build. think this way you unlocked the main account you get two account for a price of $30 ya lucky.

and IF you decided to accept the new account and gonna add email DONT do it like you did earlier i received 3 pop in a course of 10seconds coz you spamming it.

cant do refund if you wont give me back my main account. cant access it coz you changed the password already and added your email as recovery on it.

surely you can talk to google on how to go about unlocking it. you're the one who locked it not me. youre the one who CHANGED the password not me. you're the one who added recovery options on the email not me. these facts wont change.

as soon customers changed the password/account details seller no longer have access to the account that's a fact.

The gmail locked because its one of googles latest security methods. You cannot change all that information like that. Theres a new proceedure required to do it and most of time will not lock.

Just quick description: if seller has had account for thirty days accessed from his computer/device, they need to add all buyers information to recovery information. The buyer needs to login and not change much information for 30 days until their device is trusted. If you do not do this the account will permalock.

If seller just bought account and has not had the 30 day+ cool down on gmail its very hard to secure gmail and should not be sold.

As a middleman here gmail is one of the bigger head aches we have to work with.
