What is the dispute about?
  1. Buyer bought a Naruto Blazing account from me on August 6, 2020
  2. After I received the payment, I provided the account User ID and Transfer Code to the buyer
  3. Buyer didn't notify me of any problems and even thanked me for the account.
  4. I checked my PayPal on the same day and saw that there is an open dispute on the transaction (Item not received-claim).
    1. What the buyer said in PayPal: "I tried logging in with the account information but the informations provided are wrong and not working. I would like to get a refund please, thank you for your understanding."
  5. I messaged the buyer here in EpicNPC asking why he opened a paypal dispute - no reply yet.
